Grilled chicken, stir fried with fresh seasonal vegetables in a ginger-soy sauce, served over steamed brown rice.

NC Power Bowl

Grilled chicken served over a bed of brown rice and spinach. Topped with gorgonzola cheese, guacamole, chopped grape tomatoes and smoked chili and lime pepitas. Served with a grilled lime wedge.
